There is no official minimum height requirement for the Yamaha R15 V4. The more useful check is fit: Yamaha lists the seat height at 815 mm, so many riders around 5 ft 5 in and above can usually manage it more comfortably, while shorter riders may need to test whether they can at least get one foot

In slow traffic your wrists can feel some pressure because the handlebar is low and the foot pegs are set back.
