Ride and Handling
The Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z stakes its claim as a strong contender inm mid-capacity streetfighter by blending ‘big bike’ performance while being relevant for everyday scenarios. Its powerful engine delivers strong torque and acceleration that’s usable both in urban conditions and on open roads, making overtakes and highway cruising feel natural and assured. Chassis dynamics are well-sorted, with stability and confidence through corners, and dual-channel ABS ensures reliable braking performance. While there are bikes in the segment with more advanced electronics or creature comforts, the NS400Z’s strength lies in its focused engine character, credible handling and thoughtful ergonomics. If you want a spirited, affordable 400 cc option that doesn’t compromise usability for performance, the NS400Z ticks most of the right boxes that too at a resonable price point for everything that it offers.

Pros & Cons of Pulsar NS400Z

What we admire in this bike

Superbly priced for the segment it belongs to

Use of cycle parts from siblings makes the maintenance costs less

Puch-packed performance from the engine

Agile handling makes it fun to ride on the city streets

Braking entices confidence inside the new riders

What could have been better

Design looks similar to the smaller N250 and NS200

Build quality could have been better considering the use of cycle parts

Seat comfort is not as good as you would like it to be

Barebone features like LCD console make it feel less premium

Should I buy the Pulsar NS400Z?

Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z is a street naked sports bike that is meant for fun riding and powerful performance. Its 349cc engine makes it worth every penny spent. However, its commanding riding position and firm seat makes it less enjoyable on long trips. We suggest it to the consumers looking for a powerful motorcycle but are running on a strict budget constraint. The overall value of the Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z is superb and beats the rivals by a huge mark.

Powerful and Stunning Bike

This bike has excellent control, and its side cuts make it look dangerous. The drifting performance is unbelievable, and its design resembles a panther with fierce, eye-catching looks. I absolutely love this bike.
