Terrible Car Service Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I am writing this review to share my horrendous experience with Ashiana Hyundai. My car service was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others about the abysmal service and unprofessional behavior I encountered. When I handed over my car to Ashiana Hyundai, I expected a smooth and efficient service. Unfortunately, they failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Firstly, they couldn't fix my car on time, despite promising a quick turnaround. I had to wait endlessly for my car to be ready, wasting my precious time and disrupting my daily schedule. To add insult to injury, they claimed to have washed my car, but it looked worse than before! The wash was poorly done, leaving water streaks and dirt all over the vehicle. It was evident that they lacked attention to detail and took no pride in their work. When I approached the customer service desk to express my dissatisfaction, I was met with sheer indifference and apathy. The staff members were dismissive and uninterested in addressing my concerns. They seemed more interested in getting rid of me than understanding the gravity of the situation. Even when I escalated the matter to the management, there was no improvement. They, too, failed to comprehend the seriousness of their subpar service and were unwilling to take any corrective action. My car was held hostage at the service center for a whole week, despite having paid the entire amount upfront. They assured me that they would prioritize my car, but it remained untouched and neglected throughout the week. The lack of accountability and responsibility from the staff and management left me utterly dissatisfied and disappointed. I felt like I had been taken advantage of and robbed of my hard-earned money. My overall experience with Ashiana Hyundai was nothing short of a disaster. I strongly advise anyone reading this review to avoid them at all costs. Save your time, money, and sanity by choosing a reputable and reliable car service center instead. Ashiana Hyundai has shown a complete disregard for their customers, and I would never recommend them to anyone. In summary, stay away from Ashiana Hyundai if you wish to avoid a terrible experience like mine. Let my misfortune serve as a warning, and may you find a better, more trustworthy car service center for your needs.

Behavior and response changed post sales. They have not delivered on their promise and did not provide us the agreed accessories, even after one month. We gave them 9/10 ratings post sales and they do not even deserve 8.

Very bad service center in my car a mouse got into ac vent and died then it started smelling ,i went to this service center they charged aprox 6000 rs and said ther will open the dashboard and i trusted them then even after spending this money the problem is not solved and my money is wasted they are fraud plz dont visit this perticular service center
