Lohia Kia - Kia Dealer in New Delhi

My experience with Lohia Kia has been profoundly disappointing. In just six months after purchasing my vehicle, all the chrome parts began to rust. Initially, I had bought what I believed to be genuine accessories from the showroom, expecting high-quality and long-lasting products. However, within half a year of my purchase, these accessories began to corrode, and I soon realized that I had been sold local accessories that could easily be acquired at a significantly lower cost from any local market. What's even more exasperating is that when I attempted to address this issue, I received no resolution. Despite repeated assurances from the team that they had forwarded my complaint, they never followed up or provided a solution. I would strongly advise potential buyers to avoid Lohia Kia Peeraghari and consider other dealers, as there seems to be no one willing to address your concerns with their subpar after-sales service.

One of the worst dealership experience I had with them. Some car dealers would forget about the customer after the car is delivered but this dealership goes one step ahead by behaving rudely and treating the customers like mere beggars demanding for the car. And please never ever get the finance done by these corrupt guys at all. whatever the interest rate or quotation they are quoting is all false don't get lured into it.

If you want to have your car whenever the dealer wants along with most disappointing experience and let yourselves be treated like a chipmunk who is told what and when to do without any flexibility. Feel free to go to the dealership, they provide you best experience in car buying that can surely make you believe not to but the car and you save a few bucks for sure.
