It was a great experience visiting Dhone Kia on Solapur - Pune Highway. The showroom is one of the largest Kia showrooms and is very well maintained. On the first day of our visit to the showroom, we were warmly welcomed by the Sales Manager Mr. Dinesh. He is very polite and generous. He spent almost half a day with us and explained every little piece of information we needed before buying the car. He took us on a test drive with two different models and variants. Initially I was a little hesitant to test drive an automatic car, but he told me not to worry and that I could drive calmly, that he was there to take care of me. His confidence inspired me to drive an automatic variant of the Caren. Every person in the KIA team will clarify every information at any point of time. Dinesh and the entire Kia team gave us the best possible support from day one until the car was delivered. They got us the best discount too. We have a KIA CARENS now. I would recommend visiting their showroom and exhibition center. Updated on 28/10/2023 Today I had my first free service done at the Service Workshop at Dhone Kia. I had excellent experience here. Delivery was done before time. Mr. Chandrakant Shinde was my advisor and he had assisted me to provide every information on the first servicing. The staffs of the Service workshop are all handling things professionally. You will experience very pleasant interaction with service Team. Overall experience is good.
