Exterior 4.5

This is one of the budget pick-up trucks in the country. It is offered in several trims like the basic Hi-Lander and then comes the full-fledged V-Cross model. The former provides the bare bone things that you need in a vehicle and is often used by people who are looking to transport huge cargo load from one place to another. It is the V-Cross that provides more features and is loaded up to the brim. On the outside of the V-Cross, you get a chunkier chrome grille followed by more chrome surrounding the headlight as well as fog light area. This one gets 18-inch alloy wheels too while the Hi-Lander gets 16-inch steel wheels.

Summary

Isuzu is selling the older model of the V-Cross in the Indian market. The newer model that is available in global market comes equipped with loads of features and tech.

Interior 3.5

Hop inside the D-Max and you are welcomes by the all-black interior. This in fact looks quite premium and gives a rugged feeling when you are sitting inside this pick-up truck. Be it the 3-spoke steering wheel, rotary styled climate control function, vertical AC vents or the larger touchscreen infotainment system, everything fits perfectly in the cabin.

Summary

Do not expect much in terms of interior and equipment of the D-Max. When compared with its rival, Toyota Hilux, the interior of the D-Max just feels okay.

The D-Max does not gets the segment first features or the ones that offer a WOW factor. They are the basic equipment that we seen in cars that are priced lower than this pick-up truck.

Summary

When compared with its rival, Toyota Hilux, the figures are not that strong at all. On a positive note, the V-Cross offers a better real-world mileage thanks to the smaller motor

Reliable Hauler
This car is very useful and capable of loading approximately 1 ton, making it ideal for heavy-duty tasks. However, its ground clearance is low, so it’s not suitable for off-road driving. Overall, it’s a very good vehicle with low maintenance requirements, offering great value for everyday use.
