2024 Isuzu D-Max: Exterior Upgrades

The much-anticipated 2024 Isuzu D-Max is yet to make its debut in India, where the second-generation model still prevails. However, we're hopeful that the latest iteration will soon grace our shores. When we delve into the details of this exciting facelift, it's clear that the new D-Max boasts a striking look. Up front, there's a large grille, sleek angular headlights, a robust bumper, rugged cladding, and impressive 18-inch alloy wheels. The headlamps have adopted a modern, sporty style by placing the daytime running lights in the upper part of the headlamps and adding three character lamps.

Even though there's limited room for creativity in styling a pickup truck's rear, Isuzu has managed to bring flair with a tail light design featuring a distinctive three-level L-shaped motif illuminated by LED tube lights. Additionally, they've introduced an air curtain on both sides of the front bumper and enlarged the spoiler on the tailgate's top section.

2024 Isuzu D-Max: Interior And Safety

Step inside the refreshed interior of the D-Max and you'll notice a stylish dual-tone colour scheme. You have the choice of an all-black interior for a sleek look or a classy brown and black combo, applied to both the dashboard and the seats.

For your entertainment and convenience, the D-Max boasts a generous 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, accompanied by a 7-inch digital instrument cluster. Whether you're in the front or rear, there are handy USB-C ports for your devices. And, to top it off, you'll have a brand-new key with a nifty remote engine start function at your disposal.

The new model includes a next-gen stereo camera for advanced safety, detecting pedestrians and rear-approaching vehicles, plus a heated camera lens for better performance in cold weather. It also offers congestion assistance and adaptive cruise control for manual transmission

2024 Isuzu D-Max: Powertrain

In the engine department, there are no alterations  it's the same reliable 1.9-liter diesel engine, generating 148 bhp and 350 Nm of torque, and the robust 3.0-liter diesel engine, churning out 187 bhp and 450 Nm of torque. This pickup truck, available worldwide, offers a choice between 2WD and 4WD setups, paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. Isuzu proudly touts an enhanced 4x4 system, fine-tuning the mechanicals for an even better off-road experience.
