Lotus Emira
The Lotus Emira is a mid-engine sports coupe positioned as a purist driver’s car in the entry-level supercar segment, aimed at enthusiasts who prioritise driving engagement over outright luxury. It immediately stands out for its sharp handling and analogue driving character, while the availability of a supercharged V6 and a rare 6-speed manual gearbox further strengthens its enthusiast appeal. The overall package feels focused and authentic, staying true to Lotus’ performance-first philosophy. At the same time, it balances this character with everyday usability, offering a practical cabin and modern features like a touchscreen infotainment system, premium audio and ADAS. However, limited dealership reach could be a concern for some buyers.
