MG Cyberster EV

Last Updated on 21st March'24: MG has unveiled its first electric sportscar, the MG Cyberster which is also the World’s first electric sportscar with a fabric soft-top convertible roof. It claims a range of 580 km with a top speed of 229 kmph. It also goes from 0-100 kmph in just 3.2 seconds.

Specs: It comes with a 64kWh battery pack with 308bhp whereas the bigger 77kWh battery pack puts out 535bhp power with 735 Nm of torque.

Range: The long-range version claims a WLTP range of 580 kms whereas the standard version claims the same to be 520 kms on a single charge.

Features: It comes with a plethora of features including all LED lighting, triple screen setup, touch-based HVAC controls, convertible soft-top, and other high-end features.

Rivals: Although it does not have any direct rivals, it will face off with other cars in the premium EV space like the Hyundai Ioniq 5, Kia EV6, and more.

Price: Its starting price is estimated to commence around 50 lakhs.
