No, the current Maruti Eeco manual of the owner does not describe a fold-up rear-seat option for the passenger rows. In the manual, the 2nd-row seat is described as fixed, and the 3rd-row seat is also described as fixed where equipped. So if you need regular luggage flexibility, check the exact seat
