Cons
  • The turbo petrol engine is similar to the one available in regular Creta variants, it does not pack any different punch
  • The N-specific dual muffler exhaust does not offer a punchy exhaust note as compared to the Venue N Line & i20 N Line
  • The top model will cost around way over Rs 20 lakh on the road
  • The only available powertrain is diesel; there is no petrol or turbo-petrol engine.
  • The Safari does not come with a 4WD drivetrain while some competitors offer 4WD as an option
  • Occasionally, the infotainment software exhibits lag and may cease functioning
  • The dimensions remain mostly unchanged from the pre-facelift model. This leads to a cramped feel in the last row.
  • Tata's after-sales support falls short of expectations
  • The top models seem overpriced, reaching an on-road price approaching Rs 30 lakh

It’s great to drive and feels luxurious compared to other brands in the same segment. The interior is nice, it feels sporty in the N-Line variant, and the tire size has increased overall.

The 1.5T engine provides enough punch for daily driving, but the N Line could have used a bit more power to match the sporty looks. The 7-speed DCT automatic transmission is super smooth, however.

The Creta N Line's sporty looks really set it apart from the regular Creta. The dual-tone exterior with the blacked-out accents, larger alloy wheels, and red design highlights give it an aggressive and youthful vibe that I love.
