Our Recommendation:
The Kia Syros lineup is quite well spread out, catering to both budget-focused and feature-seeking buyers. If you're looking to keep things affordable, the HTE (O) makes more sense over the base trim, thanks to added essentials like a sunroof and TPMS without a big jump in price. For most buyers though, the HTK+ stands out as the sweet spot, offering a strong mix of features, practicality, and the flexibility of multiple engine options. Those who prefer a more feature-loaded and automatic-focused experience can consider the HTX, while the top-spec HTX (O) is best suited for buyers who want the most tech and convenience features on offer and don't mind stretching their budget.

Verdict
The Kia Syros update feels more like a smart reshuffle than a major overhaul, but it works in Kia's favour. The refreshed variant spread improves accessibility while still offering enough progression in features. Some trims feel slightly overlapping, yet overall, the Syros continues to present itself as a well-equipped and competitive option in its segment
