Which Variant Makes The Most Sense?
For most buyers, the Pure+ variant feels like the sweet spot of the Tiago.ev lineup. It adds the features most EV buyers will realistically use daily, including touchscreen infotainment, wireless smartphone connectivity, reverse camera, electrically adjustable ORVMs, and all four power windows, while keeping pricing relatively accessible. However, buyers opting for the larger 24 kWh battery pack may find the jump to the Creative+ variant worthwhile. It adds genuinely premium features like LED headlamps, 360-degree camera, ESP, cruise control, passive entry, rain-sensing wipers, and a significantly larger infotainment screen, making the Tiago.ev feel far more sophisticated overall.
Verdict
The new Tata Tiago.ev feels like a much more mature and well-rounded electric hatchback than before. Tata has improved not just the design and feature list, but also buyer confidence through the introduction of a lifetime battery warranty on higher variants. With practical real-world range figures, fast charging capability, multiple battery choices, and strong safety equipment offered right from the base variant, the Tiago.ev now positions itself as one of the most complete entry-level EVs currently available in India.
