Exterior & Design

The front of the new Tiago now looks clean with fewer lines and a more sophisticated appearance. The newly designed projector headlamps are sleeker than those of the outgoing model and feature eyebrow-style DRLs. The 2D Tata logo sits on a gloss black plate that connects the headlamps. The bumper of the hatchback has very few lines and looks more rounded, housing the front camera. The new grille merges smoothly with the bumper, featuring small vertical lines pointing upwards that make the design look a little sharper.
Tata has kept the sides and silhouette of the new Tiago the same as before. However, the facelift features a new design for the 15-inch alloy wheels, giving the side profile a more modern look. Along with that, the most visible change is the cladding on the wheel arches.
The rear of the new Tiago looks substantially different due to the new connected taillamps, which replace the earlier chunky, single-unit taillamps. The rear bumper design is also different; it houses the reverse parking light, and the position of the rear camera has now been moved to the bumper.

Interior & Comfort
The Tata Tiago's interior carries a minimalist yet modern design theme. The cabin now gets a dual-tone black and grey finish, replacing the earlier single-tone layout. A fabric-wrapped strip running across the dashboard enhances the premium appeal of the hatchback, while the new two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo further uplifts the cabin experience.

In terms of technology, the Tiago continues to offer a 10.25-inch HD touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, along with a fully digital instrument cluster featuring Bluetooth support. The hatchback also comes equipped with connected car technology, offering more than 35 connected features.
For added comfort and convenience, Tata has equipped the Tiago with fully automatic climate control, rear AC vents, cruise control, passive entry with push-button start, and auto-folding, electrically adjustable ORVMs with integrated turn indicators. The hatchback also gets dual wireless smartphone chargers, 65W Type-C fast chargers for front and rear passengers, and a cooled glovebox.

The cabin features premium fabric upholstery, soft-touch fabric armrests on all doors, and a front armrest with storage. Other highlights include steering-mounted controls, paddle shifters for AMT variants, a 4-speaker surround sound system, smart utility spaces, an electric tailgate release, and a height-adjustable driver's seat. However, the introduction of integrated headrests feels like a cost-cutting measure in the Tiago, which slightly takes away from the otherwise premium experience offered by its extensive feature list.
Safety
Tata is known for its safety, and the safety features of the new Tiago include 6 airbags as standard and a 360-degree camera with multiple viewing options. Other features include a blind-view monitor, a 3600 impact protection body structure, ABS with EBD & CSC, an Electronic Stability Program (ESP) with Traction Control, Hill Hold Control, automatic headlamps, and rain-sensing wipers. The CNG variant also features special thermal incident protection and leak detection.
Powertrain
While the Tata Tiago facelift has witnessed several design and feature updates, its powertrain options remain unchanged. The hatchback continues to be powered by a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, available with both a 5-speed manual transmission (MT) and a 5-speed automated manual transmission (AMT) gearbox.
Additionally, Tata offers a factory-fitted CNG option with both transmission choices, making the Tiago one of the few cars in its segment to provide an AMT with CNG compatibility.
