About Tata Tigor

The Tata Tigor is based on the Tiago hatchback and it looks extremely good for the price. The car is inspired by the notchback design and it attracts a lot of attention on the road. The Tata Tigor looks very premium, especially with the newly updated looks that offers new chrome inserts in the headlamps.
The BS6 model gets powered by a 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine that generates a maximum power of 86 PS and peak torque of 113 Nm. The car comes with a 5-speed manual transmission and a 5-speed AMT automatic transmission. The petrol unit is good on performance but that said, NVH or noise, vibration and harshness levels aren’t the best around. Also, no more diesel around.
Tata has updated the Tigor with new features including a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay system. It also supports voice commands. The car gets electrically foldable and adjustable ORVMs. The safety features

include dual front airbags, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD and corner stability control. Tata offers a total of six variants with the Tigor and the more powerful JTP variant has been discontinued now.
The Tata Tigor takes on the likes of Maruti Suzuki Dzire but the price of the car makes it a value-for-money choice.
