Last Updated on 16th July,24: Engine: The Tata Safari EV will underpin the Tata Gen 2 architecture. It is also expected to offer an AWD system with a dual motor setup (one on each axle). There is no information available regarding the battery capacity and power yet.
Mileage: While the specific details about the Safari EV are still under wraps. But recalling the fact that Tata Safari EV will be based on the active.ev platform that supports battery packs which provide a range between 300 km and 600 km. Taking note of the Safari EV’s big size, it is expected that it will provide a range between 400-500 km on a single charge.
Dimensions: However, we have no details with us about the dimensions yet. It is expected that the Safari EV will feature similar dimensions as its ICE counterpart. For reference, it is expected to measure 4668mm in length, 1,922 in width and 1,795 mm in height.
Exterior and Features:The upcoming Tata Safari EV is expected to get a Harrier-like design with a different front fascia. Additionally, it will get unique lighting units, alloy wheels and some other EV-specific design elements. With the Safari EV, Tata Motors will become the first automaker to launch a three-row SUV in the respective segment.

It is expected to offer the highest level of safety with features like Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and a 360-degree camera, six or seven airbags, TPMS, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, electronic parking brake with auto hold, and front and rear parking sensors.
Colours: The Tata Safari EV is expected to be offered in dual-tone and single-tone paint schemes. There are no details as yet on the exact colours or shades that will be available.
Price: The EV Counterpart of the Tata Safari is expected to be launched at a starting price of Rs. 26.00 lakh, going up to 30 lakh (ex-showroom).

TATA Safari EV - I expected 80KW battery pack with long range 650km with Red Colour option. On Road price will be around Rs 21-23 lakhs. In market lot all car manufactures they are trying more EV models , Hence , TATA should increase the battery capacity, more colours and on road price .
