Hyundai Creta King Edition
There isn't a huge difference between the regular Creta and the King Edition. The most notable update is the all-black front grille, accompanied by a blacked-out Hyundai logo and silver skid plate. The Abyss Black Matte paint gives the SUV a bold, dominating presence that's sure to appeal to younger buyers. On the sides, it sports black 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels with striking red brake calipers.

Even the silver skid plate near the C-pillar, as well as the one at the bottom, gets an all-black treatment, and the same applies to the rear bumper. Additionally, the Hyundai logo at the rear is finished in the same black shade. To mark the edition, a King emblem is placed on the right side. Inside, the cabin features an all-black upholstery that looks royal, complemented by brass inserts on the air-con vents, AC control switches, and gear knob. Even the stitching on the seats is finished in brass.

Special touches on the King Edition include a seat-belt cover, headrest cushion, and key cover. It also offers wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay via an adapter, along with an additional feature - a dashcam.
Talking about the powertrain, the King Edition is offered with all engine options - a 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol, a 1.5L diesel, and a 1.5L turbo-petrol. Hyundai has ensured it remains versatile for different buyers.

Verdict
The Hyundai Creta King Edition is essentially an added layer of exclusivity over the Knight Edition, with emblems and King badging designed to make customers feel special. However, it doesn't offer significant changes or great value for its premium price. That said, the Creta - even in its standard form - looks handsome and has an impressive road presence. In my opinion, customers are better off choosing the regular or Knight Edition.
