1. Top Notch Safety With 5-Star Crash Test Rating

The Skoda Slavia comes with a 5-star GNCAP crash test safety rating. The Slavia is built on the brand's MQB-A0-IN platform which is made specifically for the Indian market and with this platform the brand has achieved good crash test ratings. The Slavia comes with a good safety net including 6-airbags, ABS with EBD, ESC, and hill hold control among other safety features. The sedan boasts a total of 40 active and passive safety features.
Variants Available: The Slavia offers a wide range of safety features across its entire range, beginning from the base Classic variant from Rs 10.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
Competition Check: The Slavia and Volkswagen Virtus are the only sedans in the segment to come with a 5-star crash test rating. However, rivals like the Hyundai Verna and Honda City come with more safety features with level 2 ADAS features.
2. 10-inch Touchscreen Infotainment

The Slavia features a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. This infotainment screen supports a crisp and user-friendly UI. This screen is available in the Signature variant and in the top-spec prestige variant, it is paired with a Skoda 8-speaker premium sound system.
Variants Available: The 10-inch infotainment screen is available from the Signature variant onwards, which can be had from Rs 13.59 lakh (ex-showroom). Additionally, the screen with the Red theme is limited to the Monte Carlo variant priced at Rs 15.43 lakh (ex-showroom).
Competition Check: The Hyundai Verna is the primary rival of the Slavia which comes with a 10.25-inch touchscreen and offers a BOSE premium sound system.
3. Electrically Adjustable Front Seats

With the update not so long ago, Skoda India has made the Slavia more feature-loaded by including an electrically adjustable driver and co-driver seat in The electrically adjustable seats add more convenience and further lend the car a more premium feeling.
Variants Available: The Slavia gets electrically-adjustable front seats on the Prestige variant, which is priced at Rs 15.63 lakh (ex-showroom).
Competition Check: The Volkswagen Virtus which is also based on the same platform as Slavia also features electrically adjustable front seats. Also, the Hyundai Verna gets an electrically adjustable seat but for the driver only.
4. Climatronic AC & Ventilated Seats

The Slavia comes with touch-based controls for the air-con, which looks and feels premium and of high-quality. While it also functions fairly well, it can be difficult to view from the driver's point of view, and it can leave behind fingerprint smudges given the gloss panel.
Variants Available: The Slavia boasts Skoda's Climatronic automatic climate control starting from the Signature variant. With the Climatronic AC variants, the brand offers rear AC vents in the Signature & Prestige variants. Additionally, the Sportline variant also offers rear AC vents.

6. Rear Parking Camera With Sensors
The Slavia offers a rear parking camera with sensors and static guidelines. For its price point, the camera feels rather underwhelming in terms of quality and it could offer better visibility. It also misses out on dynamic guidelines as well, but the sensors do help while parking the car.
Variants Available: The reverse parking camera is available from the Sportline variant onwards, which is priced at Rs 13.72 lakh (ex-showroom).
