Hyundai Grand i10 Nios
The successor to the Grand i10, Nios is available in three engine options - a 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol, a 1.2L turbocharged diesel unit and a more powerful 1.0-litre, three-cylinder turbocharged petrol motor. The latter is available with a discount worth Rs 60,000 which is further seen as Rs 25,000 as cash, Rs 10,000 as exchange and another Rs 5,000 as the corporate. If you choose the MY 2020 model you also get an additional Rs 20,000 on the MY 2020 model.
For other variants, the discount sticks to Rs 30,000 which is seen as Rs 5,000 cash, Rs 10,000 as exchange and another Rs 5,000 as the corporate. This is for the MY2021 model but if you choose the MY 2020 model then you can avail of an extra Rs 10,000 on the offer.
Volkswagen Polo
The hottest hatchback in the segment is available with a discount of Rs 45,000 which is further seen as Rs 20,000 as the exchange, Rs 10,000 as loyalty and Rs 15,000 as exchange value. The Polo is available with a 1.0L naturally aspirated petrol engine and a more powerful 1.0L turbocharged petrol motor.
It is the latter which is quite popular as it makes 110 PS of power with a peak torque of 175 Nm. This engine is mated to a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed optional torque converter gearbox. The prices of Polo starts from Rs 6.06 lakh and the top model fetches till Rs 9.92 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.
Hyundai Santro
The entry-level hatchback Santro is available at a discount of Rs 50,000 for some variants. The hatchback comes in four variants - Era, Magna, Sportz and Asta. The base Era carries the lowest discount and it is further seen as Rs 10,000 cash, Rs 15,000 exchange and Rs 5,000 on the corporate. You also get an additional Rs 10,000 more if you choose the MY 2020 model.
Other variants like Magna, Sportz and Asta carry discount worth Rs 50,000 and they are seen as Rs 20,000 cash, Rs 15,000 exchange and another Rs 5,000 for the corporate. The Rs 10,000 offer for the MY 2020 stands for these variants also.
Renault Kwid
One of the most popular entry-level hatchbacks, Kwid provides both features along with good styling and is a value for money product. This car is quite popular in the rural and semi-urban areas and is available in two petrol engine options - a smaller 0.8L and a 1.0L naturally aspirated, three-cylinder BS6 compliant units.
Renault is offering a discount of Rs 40,000 on the Kwid. This is further seen as Rs 10,000 as cash, Rs 20,000 exchange and another Rs 10,000 as the corporate discount. You can also connect with the nearest dealership as they can also offer more discount.
Maruti S-Presso
One of the funkiest looking hatchbacks, the S-Presso comes with a 1.0-litre engine option and this unit is paired to a 5-speed manual as well as an optional AMT unit. The S-Presso is available with a discount of Rs 45,000 which is the highest of all.
This discount is further seen as Rs 25,000 as cash and another Rs 20,000 as an exchange bonus. The prices of Maruti S-Presso starts from Rs 3.71 lakh and the top model fetches till Rs 5.19 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.
