Hyundai Elantra
Hyundai Elantra is the only D-Segment sedan surviving in this segment alone. The executive sedan is available with a discount of Rs 1 lakh which is seen as Rs 70,000 flat cash and another Rs 30,000 if you choose the petrol automatic variant of the MY2020 batch.
This sedan is powered by 2.0-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine. The petrol churns out 152 bhp with 192 Nm of peak torque while the diesel makes 113 bhp with 250 Nm of peak torque. Both the engines get a 6-speed manual as standard and a 6-speed torque converter unit as optional.
Hyundai Aura
The successor to the Hyundai Xcent, Aura also comes in three engine options like the Nios. The turbocharged petrol is available with Rs 70,000 offer which is seen as Rs 30,000 cash, Rs 15,000 exchange, Rs 5,000 corporate and Rs 20,000 if you pick the MY 2020 model.
Skoda Rapid
One of the cheapest sedans in the country right now, the Rapid is available with a total discount of Rs 40,000. This is further seen as Rs 25,000 of exchange bonus and another Rs 15,000 as the corporate. However, this offer cannot be availed on the Rider Plus variants.
Powering the Rapid is a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine that generates as much as 110 PS of power and a peak torque of 175 Nm. The prices of the Skoda Rapid starts from Rs 7.79 lakh and the top model fetches till Rs 13.29 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.
Tata Tigor
The sedan is available with a discount of Rs 33,000 which is further seen as Rs 15,000 as an exchange, Rs 15,000 as cash and another Rs 3,000 as corporate. This compact sedan is powered by a 1.2-litre, naturally aspirated petrol engine which generates 84 bhp with a peak torque of 113 Nm. This unit gets paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox and an optional AMT unit.
Toyota Yaris
The popular C-segment sedan which rivals Maruti Ciaz, Hyundai Verna, Volkswagen Vento, Skoda Rapid and Honda City is available with a huge discount of Rs 45,000. This is further seen as Rs 15,000 as cash, Rs 15,000 as exchange and another Rs 15,000 as a corporate offer.
The Yaris is powered by a 1.5-litre, naturally aspirated petrol motor which generates 105 bhp with a peak torque of 140 Nm. This engine is paired with a 6-speed manual and an optional 7-step CVT gearbox. It is the safest sedan in its segment.
