The Honda X-ADV is not only India’s most powerful scooter now, it is also the first adventure scooter, and the first one to come with a twin-cylinder engine. While the price tag is rather high, we feel it may appeal to those who do not care about the budget and simply want to indulge in a scooter that packs genuine off-road ability, sophisticated hardware and premium features.

Looks And Design: 9

• The Honda X-ADV is India’s first adventure scooter, and there is nothing else that looks like it. The styling is a mix of sharp and rugged, ensuring that the scooter will not look out of place wherever it goes. The twin headlamps are sleek and sharp, and they come with slim DRLs that will look cool at night. This scooter is available in two paint schemes; Pearl Glare White, and Graphite Black.
• The use of thick and chunky rubber at both ends, along with the large body treatment gives it a proper maxi-scooter appearance. Additionally, the upswept exhaust pipe, the underbody bash plate, spoke rims, and the golden USD forks at the front further hint at the true, hidden nature of the scooter, offering a glimpse of what it can do when taken off the beaten path.

• The Honda X-ADV comes packing with a ride-by-wire throttle, cruise control, traction control, a 5-inch TFT instrument cluster with Honda RoadSync connectivity, which gives access to turn-by-turn navigation, music streaming, voice commands, and call/SMS alerts.

• Additionally, the X-ADV also gets four standard riding modes; standard, sport, rain, and gravel, giving buyers the ability to suit the characteristics of the scooter according to their specific needs and riding conditions. There is also a specific User mode that allows custom settings. Furthermore, it also gets dual-channel ABS, and a large 22-litre underseat storage space.
