Norton Motorcycles V4CR Latest Update

Last Updated On 24th Jan'25:

Design: The Norton V4CR is a cafe racer that blends classic charm with cutting-edge design elements. Its aggressive stance is defined by a stripped-back aesthetic, exposing the beautifully handcrafted aluminium frame and air intakes at the front. Two finishes are offered: the Manx Platinum with platinum-colored bodywork, carbon panels, and a vibrant orange seat, and the Carbon variant with exposed carbon fibre and a sleek black seat. The design is completed with a traditional round LED headlight, seamlessly blending vintage styling with modern technology.

Power and Performance: At the heart of the Norton V4CR lies a 72-degree, 1,200cc liquid-cooled V4 engine. The powerhouse delivers 185 bhp at 12,500 rpm and 125 Nm of torque at 9,000 rpm. This 1200cc beast also gets a quickshifter and auto-blipper system, ensures seamless gear shifts and a thrilling riding experience. The bike features three engine modes- Wet, Road, and Sport, providing adaptability to different riding conditions. With a kerb weight of just 204 kg, the V4CR offers a superb power-to-weight ratio, enabling spirited performance both on highways and winding roads.

Hardware: The V4CR is equipped with top-tier hardware to match its high-performance credentials. The suspension setup includes 43 mm Ohlins NIX30 USD forks at the front and a bespoke TTXGP rear monoshock with hydraulic preload adjustment. This setup offers excellent adjustability that allows riders to fine-tune rake angle, steering offset and swingarm pivot for a personalized experience. The company has used Brembo brakes that provide exceptional stopping power, The bike rides on aerospace-grade billet-machined yokes and premium wheels, with the Carbon variant featuring lightweight BST carbon fibre wheels.

Features: The Norton V4CR is loaded with advanced features to enhance both functionality and rider engagement. A full-colour TFT display provides all essential riding data in a clear and intuitive layout. The cafe racer comes equipped with traction control, quickshifter and auto-blipper systems. This adds convenience and precision to the riding experience.

Rivals: The Norton V4CR sits in an exclusive niche of high-performance cafe racers. If launched in our region, this bike will enjoy the privilege of having no straight rival here. But we can consider it as a competitor of motorcycles like the Ducati Streetfighter V4. With its unique combination of handcrafted elegance, advanced engineering, and limited production run of just 200 units, the V4CR stands as a symbol of exclusivity and premium craftsmanship.
