Revolt RV1 : What do we know so far

The company had officially revealed that one of the its current bikes, the RV 300 would be replaced by the RV1 eventually. However, no other information is out. That said, with the appointment of a new CEO, things will now move at a faster pace. 

Revolt RV1 : Specifications 

The company might position this as a cheaper alternative to the RV400. However it will still offer a range of over 150km (eco mode) with the swappable battery feature also in place. This is hugely popular with current Revolt owners as well. No electric motor or battery specifications have been revealed yet. The RV300 had a 1.5KW motor and the same is expected here too. And yes, the RV1 will look like a motorcycle, and not a scooter or a step thru. 

Revolt RV1 : Price & Launch

This upcoming electric motorcycle will be cheaper than the RV400 and will continue to enjoy tax benefits as per the FAME scheme. Revolt has a huge backlog of orders and the current RV300 stock will be sold off to Dominos Pizza. The RV400 is sold out for the moment. But once the backlog of RV400 comes down, they will surely be looking at launching the RV1 electric motorcycle in India. Stay tuned!
