The R7 is a middleweight supersport motorcycle which was on display at the 2025 Auto Expo, and there are rumours that it is most likely headed for a launch later this year. Considering that it is likely to come in via the CBU route, the R7 won’t be very affordable, and it will go up against the Honda CBR650R and the Triumph Daytona 660.

Latest Update on 24th Jan'25 : The R7 was on display at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Global Expo, and it is expected to be launched later this year. It is likely to come in via the CBU route, and it will go up against the Triumph Daytona 660 and the Honda CBR650R.
Design : The R7 gets a typical supersport design, which also makes it look like a grown-up third-gen R15.
Power and Performance :The R7 is powered by a 689cc, twin-cylinder engine producing 72.3bhp at at 8,750rpm and 67Nm of torque at 6,500rpm, while paired to a 6-speed gearbox with a quickshifter and a slipper-assist clutch.
Hardware : The twin-spar aluminium frame is suspended on 41mm USD forks with preload, rebound, and compression adjustability, along with a monoshock with adjustable preload and monoshock. Braking is taken care of via 298mm twin discs at the front and a 240mm disc at the rear, with dual-channel ABS.
Features : The R7 does not pack in any connectivity bits, as it gets a basic LCD screen, and there are no electronic rider aids either. However, it receives dual-channel ABS and slip-and-assist clutch.
Rivals : The R7 goes up against the Honda CBR650R and the Triumph Daytona 660.
