The Scrambler 900 uses a 900cc twin engine producing around 65PS. It features long-travel suspension, traction control, riding modes, and retro scrambler styling suited for both road and light off-road riding.

Last Updated On 22nd Nov'23 : The 2024 Triumph Scrambler is now offered in a striking Cosmic Yellow and Graphite color scheme, featuring Jet Black mudguards, frame cowl, and rear panel. This vibrant paint option complements the existing Matte Khaki and classic Jet Black colors available for the model, providing riders with additional choices to suit their preferences.

Scrambler 900 Price : The Scrambler 900 comes in two variants Standard(Rs 9.59 lakh) and Chrome Edition(Rs 9.89 lakh).

Engine : The bike comes with 900 cc Liquid cooled, 8 valve, SOHC, 270° crank angle parallel twin engine belting out 64.1 bhp of power and 80 Nm of torque.

Features : The Scrambler 900 comes with Torque assist clutch, Ride-by-wire throttle with switchable traction control, 3 riding modes (Road, Rain and Off-Road), LED rear light, Immobiliser and under seat USB charging to name a few.

Colours : Triumph Street Scrambler 900 is available in 5 colours: Urban Grey, Matt Khaki, Jet Black, Carnival Red And Jet Black and Brooklands Green.

Despite Triumph playing the heritage card, the Street Scrambler is built in Thailand and not Blighty. Is this a problem? Not really, nearly all of Triumph’s bikes (and all of the modern classics it has to be noted) are built out there and the firm has very rigorous testing and quality control procedures to ensure they meet customer expectations.

Triumph always somehow manages to make really good handling road bikes and the Street Scrambler, albeit a slightly budget, novice-orientated, off-road-styled retro roadster, is no exception.

The Triumph Street Scrambler may carry a name associated with off-road riding, however this is far more an urban scrambler than a true off-road bike and while it can handle the odd gravel path thanks to its 19-inch front wheel, that’s about your limit.
