KIA Syros - HTX+

The KIA Syros is a new entrant in the sub-4-meter SUV market and is currently one of the most feature-rich options available. Launched in February 2025, it offers two engine choices to appeal to premium buyers. The top-spec HTX+ variant, which starts at Rs 15.99 lakh (ex-showroom), includes several segment-first features, such as rear seat ventilation for the seats. Notably, the Syros is the only SUV under Rs 20 lakh to offer this feature. Additionally, it boasts the best-in-class rear row space, thanks to its reclining rear seats.
Hyundai Alcazar - Signature

Hyundai updated its Alcazar last year, introducing a new design and features. The Alcazar is a 3-row SUV available in 6-seater and 7-seater configurations. The 6-seater variant features second-row captain chairs equipped with a seat ventilation function. This variant is offered with both petrol and diesel engine options, with prices starting at Rs 21.58 lakh (ex-showroom). The Tata Safari was the first SUV in the sub-930 lakh price segment to offer this feature. Like the Alcazar, it is available in both 6-seater and 7-seater configurations. In the 6-seater layout, the Accomplished+ trim includes a second-row seat ventilation function. Priced at Rs 24.99 lakh (ex-showroom), the Accomplished+ variant comes with a 2.0-litre diesel engine paired with a 6-speed automatic gearbox.

The current list of cars offering rear-seat ventilation is short, with only three models available.
