It’s been very good experience with Advaith Hyundai Millers road .Special mention to Mr.Danny.He had explained each and every features in detail that i left with zero doubt. He and his explanations have helped us to decide easily. He did deliver whatever he had committed for. We would like to really appreciate Mr. Danny for the tremendous support and extraordinary service. They managed to provide me with good discounts and accessories and we're also acomodative to my requests on speeding up the delivery process. Very good customer friendly showroom. Got all doubts cleared and decent negotiation on car purchase. Look for Ali who was my support team member from the beginning of test rides till car purchase including PDI where it was done outside the city, he was very approachable and friendly throughout the process. For Advaith Motors, customer service is the ‘paramount’ before anything else. The key is when a customer (i.e., Me) walked in on day 1, I came out thinking ‘Wow’, I would want to do business with them. I would like to call out two names here - Mohammed Nizal and Manjunath. They are gem of guys who try to go over and above their normal duty to give an exhilarating customer experience. Specifically, Nizal, I would give him 10/10 or even more for being there and helping us out right from the day 1 when we walked into the showroom to check the car until the day of delivery. I had lots of questions, queries thrown at him. But he was always patient. I also troubled him a lot during the PDI and post that too to ensure I as a customer being offered the right car for the amount being paid. But he being Nizal was very patient throughout the process and always worn a smile on his face. He also offered pick-ups and drop back home which is something my family really felt the importance given to an individual customer. All-in all an excellent buying experience which I will never forget and I will definitely go back to Advaith motors in the future if I plan to upgrade my current car.
