I had a very good experience with blue Hyundai team. Mr. Mohan and manager Ravindra sir done there awesome work for our new journey with our lovely car. Really a very pleasant experience and surprise for us with delivery ceremony forgettable memories for my family.

Right from test drive through the car delivery it was great support from the staff. To name a few Sunil who had ensured that he and his team member Aishwarya was in constant touch to give that comfort level to the customer explaining clearly about all the procedure and updating the status from time to time and professionally they had managed very well. They had created a WhatsApp group on the day of booking the car and used to get all the updates and it was really important to isolate the customers to address their queries in a timely manner to ensure the smooth process and excellent customer service and I would like to say thar Mr. Sunil was instrumental in driving this and of course well supported by his fellow team members who had equally contributed. More importantly they had understood the customer sentiment and ensured that the registration was done on a particular date as per the customer requirement. Also, I had requested for early morning delivery i.e., before the employee login time for which they had agreed and asked their team members to login little early without second thought and I am thankful and big kudos to the entire team for their great support.
