Brought a car from Trident and took delivery yesterday. Trident offered the best deal, much better than their competitors in Bangalore. Naveen was the sales executive assigned to us and he was really-really helpful. He ensured that everything happened smoothly starting from booking, registration, delivery etc. Overall, I had a really good experience and I'm glad that I went with Trident Hyundai.

It was a wonderful experience at the Trident signature, with Mr.Muthukumar having a smooth delivery of my first ever Hyundai brand Car. Having had associated with another brand since last 12 yrs, planned to switch to Hyundai first time for diesel and with slight confusion about Creta or Alcazar.. Shashank was the one who showed us our car From the beginning he was very sweet. The first time we visited the showroom he showed us the car even after the store had closed and all the other employees had left. Everything else was very smooth. He knew every little small detail about the car and was very knowledgeable. He also told us about how and when we'd be getting our car and how to get it faster. Was top notch service to be honest. Just a slight hiccup around getting the car and that might have been because of the semiconductor issue, but it was pretty good. Would recommend 👍

Worst customer experience no value for customer time and money. What ever substandard accessories they promote we should accept reverse camera which was priced at 3k was charged more and get to refund of excess amount is night mare in the name of process they take you on a ride.
