Bought the Hyundai Verna and the entire process from booking to delivery was seamless and efficiently managed by Mr. Kiran SP. Negotiations were taken care over the phone and Mr. Kiran SP kept me informed on all the updates related to the booking. Thank you for the efforts. My only predicament: Finance team Sham and Raj from SBI were not proactive in handling customer documentation and more eager to disburse the loan amount even before the confirmation on the delivery date of the vehicle. Moreover, my EMI date updated incorrectly by the finance team. I raised the issue however no follow up from the team. I wish the team handled the situation differently.

Recently got Exter from Trident Hyundai. The experience with sales executive Kiran was really good. He helped throughout the process. I am giving 5 star rating considering the experience only with Kiran. But one comment to Trident management that, please take care of the customers if the sales executives quit the job in the middle of the process without any information. We had bad experience with previous executive. We had to contact many times to get a small response. Please make sure this will not happen again in the future.

I purchased Hyundai Exter yesterday. The colour and features was as per expectations. The sales manager Balaji and his representative mahendran promised delivery in 2-3 months. I booked the caron 31 August and got it delivered by 28 November. Once again thanks to trident Hyundai team.

Got delivered Hyundai Verna yesterday. The entire process was done over phone from negotiation to registration. The staff have been really helpful throughout the process especially John Kiran. His professionalism is par excellence. He was proactive and considerate enough to even talk to business head and tried to meet customer's requirements (pricing and any other issues) and had taken care of everything. Had a great buying experience with Trident. Would recommend to my friends too. Special mention to Sunil who took care of my bank finance. Thanks a ton team!

I have taken the delivery of my i20 facelift starry night from here. Moses , the sales person , was really helpful during the entire process and kept me updated of the status of delivery. He explained all the features in details. Over-all it's was an awesome experience
