Especially Ms. Suraksha, she is a rockstar. She was our advisor, and the intricate details with which she explained each and every feature of the car connecting to our family requirements was phenomenal. She gave us test drives of both automatic and manual variants and arranged it fast for us. Also, she hooked us with exchange team personnel Mr. Kempegowda, Finance personnel Mr Gowda, Car extra works /accessories personnel Mr. Gajendra. All were so hospitable and friendly and suggested the best option, guiding through the process as well as helping in getting the best deal. I was surprised to see them more inclined towards customer benefit and were so prompt to clarify any queries. All came across as knowledgeable and experienced staff. Lastly Ms Usha also helped in getting the best offer for the car and closing the deal for us. Ms. Suraksha helped in aligning the team and stood with commitment in delivering the car in quick notice as per our dates. The most important thing is she kept everything transparent and honest. My Alcazar buying experience could not have been any better. I loved the whole process. I should specially mention the care, knowledge & availability of the sales executive Salman Ahamed. He not only patiently gave me multiple test drives, but helped me see the difference between different options. Finally very satisfied with my decision. Delivery was exactly as promised. I had previously bought i20 in 2005 from same showroom, this purchase has added more sweet memories now.

I'm not satisfied with the service provided by the Trident Hyundai. I gave my car i20 for general service and I told some problem and I asked to check their was a water leakage in the right Door. The advisor noted everything and told within 2 days we will able to deliver the car but after one week they called and they only did general service not seen the problems which I told and Body shape Engineer told I will look into it it will take another 2days Then after 2 days I forced them to check then he told we need to replace the Door.I have taken my car out and gave out side the mechanic he just adjusted the door and now it looks good with only 500/- rs where as in the Hyundai service centre body shape Engineer told the estimate of 35k. Expect general service all the issues remains same. The worst service ever I seen I'm not going to come next time.

I visited Trident Hyundai a month ago, and with a polite attitude, Mr. Manjunath has fixed my car booking. Initially, I planned to get delivery after 2 months, but there was a very quick delivery that I got within 20 days from the booking date. I am delightful with the Trident Hyudai, and I will be happy to refer others as well.
