I am very satisfied with the overall process of buying even when the Exter had high delivery lead time. I booked the vehicle on 17th Sep 23 and got the delivery on 22nd Jan 24. The sales consultant Sudha was very helpful throughout the process and patiently answered all queries whenever I asked. Forming a WhatsApp group with reps from all teams helped in smooth completion of all process, installation of accessories and completion of documentation before delivery. The team also did a small puja before delivery for which I am extremely thankful. Thanks to Sudha and Hyundai team!
