I would like to place my heartiest appreciation for the exceptional Customer service that I experienced at your T.Nagar Branch . I took delivery of the newly launched I 20 Asta 1.2 Manual . I had first visited your Showroom a couple of months ago and had been in constant touch w.r.t test drive , finalising the variant etc .
Mr Raghu Rajesh , Sales Executive , was very courteous & helpful . He patiently explained the features of a couple of variants that I was interested in. Had test drive of a couple of cars and he assisted us every time. Has the right attitude and temperament required for Customer Service.
Mr Daniel ( Head of Sales ?) , was accessible for any query . Many thanks to him for coordinating with various Departments to get me my Car . Overall I had a very pleasant experience , thanks to Mr Daniel , under whom I'm sure KUN HYUNDAI will have many , many more happy and satisfied Customers. Cheers and best wishes.
Pros
KUN has a reputation for good Customer Service and my experience with this outlet stands testimony .
The Showroom is spacious , neat and clean .
Most variants of cars are on display and their Executives are there to attend to you .
Cons
Car parking for Customers is the biggest challenge - suggest valet parking which will greatly reduce the stress of leaving the car in a very busy roadside .

My week old car bought from this showroom got affected in the recent flood. Even after 5 days I didn't get any proper response or support from anybody. What's the point of registering the insurance claim from my side when I buy the insurance policy from the showroom? I regret buying the car from this dealership. full of fake promises. Should have bought in Lakshmi Hyundai. And make sure you don't buy the insurance policy there. Please get one from PolicyBazar.

That mileage does not automatically mean there is a fault, because a 2020 real-world fuel economy of the i20 can vary a lot depending on engine type, speed, traffic and driving style. Common reasons are a new-engine running-in period, under-inflated tyres, frequent hard acceleration, heavy AC use, s
Question for Hyundai Grand i10 Nios
What is the air pressure required in tyres of Hyundai Grand i10 Nios?
Answer by 91Wheels Expert

For the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios, the manual recommends checking tyre pressure of the owner when the tyres are cold. For both the 165/70 R14 and 175/60 R15 tyres, normal-load pressure is 35 psi at the front and 33 psi at the rear, while maximum-load pressure is 35 psi front and rear.
Question for Hyundai i20
Hyundai i20 turbo DCT & Venue turbo iMT, which is best city/highway 50/50 Monthly 500 kms?
Answer by 91Wheels Expert
For a 50% city and 50% highway mix with only about 500 km a month, the i20 Turbo DCT is the better all-round choice. It gives you the easier automatic experience in traffic, and for your low monthly running the fuel-cost difference versus the Venue turbo is unlikely to outweigh the convenience. Choo

The Hyundai i20 is one of the more comfortable premium hatchbacks for four adults, with a long 2,580 mm wheelbase, supportive front seats and useful comfort features like rear AC vents on higher variants. It feels roomy enough for city and highway use, and the 351-litre boot is also practical for we
Question for Hyundai Grand i10 Nios
Which is the best car in safety and mileage among Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and Maruti Suzuki Swift?
Answer by 91Wheels Expert
If mileage is your top priority, the Maruti Suzuki Swift has the edge; if safety equipment matters more, the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios looks stronger on paper. Maruti says the new Swift delivers up to 24.80 km/l (manual) and 25.75 km/l (AMT), while Hyundai highlights six airbags as standard on the Gran
