Yesterday, I experienced the most unsatisfactory car delivery with the Creta Knight model. Despite having previously communicated my preference for a 1:00 pm delivery, upon my arrival at the showroom one hour earlier, I found my car covered in dust. To exacerbate the situation, none of the staff engaged with me. Additionally, I had explicitly informed them of my desire for mud flaps, a request acknowledged by the agent who assured me that it would be a quick five-minute task during the delivery. However, at the time of delivery, I was informed that they were sold out of mud flaps. Furthermore, a customary courtesy, was not fulfilled. Having had previous experiences with car deliveries, I am familiar with the standard courtesy provided. It is disappointing to note the disparity between the assurances made during payment and the actual delivery experience.

We're not getting creta anywhere. Every dealership told us to wait for 4-6 months. Then we contacted them and they said yes we have the one you need. They were so helpful they arranged everything from registation to number place fixation in a very speedy manner. Staff was quite rude sometimes the day we went to get delivery just because we asked them to fill the coolant tank to max capacity but they were so adamant in telling us that there is no such thing it's already full. But somehow after a short heated argument they agreed to do so.
