I strongly advise against purchasing a car from this particular dealer due to my extremely unsatisfactory experience. After investing a significant amount of money, specifically 24 lacs, in a car, it unexpectedly broke down within just two months of purchase. Despite my numerous attempts to communicate the issue through various channels such as messages and emails, the dealer has failed to take any appropriate actions to resolve the matter. Regrettably, my car has remained at the service center for over 20 days without any signs of progress or attempts to rectify the situation. Given the circumstances, I strongly advise potential car buyers to exercise caution and refrain from engaging in any transactions with this dealer. The lack of responsiveness and failure to address the defective nature of their cars raises serious concerns about their commitment to customer satisfaction and the quality of their products.
