In one word very bad service, don,t recommend it to others,
I purchased the Creta SX executive variant and feel very bad service, service executives are ill-informed and even they do not know, how to serve the customers.
The senior executive does not come for discussion and they only send junior executives for discussion.

Terrible experience, people are quite unprofessional & have attitude problems. When I visited workshop, and was addressing my problems to a madam about my car she passed on the issue to Mr. Suresh. Again the same thing he just listened my issue and call for taking my cars trial, said all the persons are busy it would take 10-15 minutes. And kept me waiting at lounge for half an hour, eventually when came nobody was there at seat. Finally I came back without getting resolved issues.
