Here is real review of Hyundai……… most of their reviews are fake to increase sales but when comes to service you will see real face of this company when your cars gets scratch or srike. I purchased Hyundai Santro AMT (UP42 BD7992) white color in Feb 2021 From SAS Hyundai, Gorabarik, near, Jail Rd, Amhat, Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh 228001 which is Franchisee of SAS Hyundai Lucknow. Car got strike on Oct 2021 and given in Service having Zero Depth. Approx 2 Month is going to take place nothing happen. All time they give same reply, Part will come, we don’t have part, part in on the way, even I made several call to customer care. But they don’t have answer to how long it will take to repair. Its very unfortunate, have very worse experience after buying Hyundai car that India’s second largest manufacture of car has no mechanic and no parts in their service center. Once you purchased car, if car gets problem, frequent calling, and wander around their service center, talking different executive would not work to resolve your issue. My zero depth insurance has done by SAS Hyundai with Hdfc ergo they are not given claim of front bumper also. just all time they have pet answer, to satisfy their customer from fake promises after expanding your hard earning money to fulfill your dream to have a car would regret your decision to buy Hyundai car several time. I have done everything, using twitter, mail, customer care, nothing will work, and just their aim is sales not service, big brand, big scam.
