Some of the people in this showroom are better than others...Thanks to Kaushik Sir and Nishant for booking and delivery respectively.
However the folks in the middle were not upto the mark...I was given bare minimum updates on the status of my car and had to follow up on war footing to get them to work....
Hopefully it improves, but kudos to Nishant for a great save in the end ðŸ‘

This showroom deserves no rating. Dhanashree and swapnil jadhav are the sales person who assisted us. They had given us quote for some old car against what we were asking and also mentioned the car name which we asked on bill and took booking amount from us. I would highly recommend BAN on this showroom. They are CHEAT and are highly UNETHICAL.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOWROOM.

If only it was possible to provide negative reviews. The sales executive that I spoke to Pradeep Yadav is so far high on his horse that he should definitely fall down to the lowest level possible. Talking in a condescending way with a potential customer is the easiest way to drive them away from the brand. I was honestly looking forward to trying out a car and see if it fits me but Pradeep Yadav single-handedly drove me away. As a sales executive, he should know better to how to talk to a customer instead of looking down on them. A harrowing experience for sure. Hopefully the dealership will learn from this experience and kick out that incompetent employee before he manages to shoo other clients away. Probably the worst sales executive ever : Pradeep Yadav
