Frustrating Experience with Koncept Hyundai I recently purchased (22 Oct) Creta E from Koncept Hyundai Kailash Colony and while the overall car buying experience was smooth, I must express my disappointment with the handling of the accessory invoice. My concern stems from the fact that at the time of purchase, I opted for certain accessories to be added to my vehicle. However, despite making it clear that I wanted an invoice for these accessories, I was told that it would be provided later. Unfortunately, it has been more than 10 days, and I still haven't received the invoice. Moreover I had been continuously following up but just got silly excuses. I raised this issue with their customer service executive but in vain. This lack of transparency and delay in providing the accessory invoice is quite frustrating. It not only leaves me uncertain about the actual cost but also raises concerns about warranty coverage for these accessories. I believe that customers should be provided with all necessary documentation, including invoices, at the time of purchase. This ensures clarity and accountability for both parties. I hope that Koncept Hyundai can address this issue promptly and improve their process for providing accessory invoices to customers in the future. Overall, I would suggest that potential buyers at Koncept Hyundai Kailash Colony request all documentation, including invoices for accessories, at the time of purchase to avoid similar inconveniences.

It was really a great experience buying car from here. We had visited Suzuki earlier but I didn't find it appealing much. Then we came to Koncept Hyundai, and it was really great decision we made. Ms. Aarti was dealing with us, and trust me, she knows her work really well. She knows a lot about cars, people's need, and puts effort to give customers the best experience. On our first visit only, we booked an Aura CNG, and just paid the token amount. Kudos to the Koncept team, especially Ms. Aarti, she instantly got on to work, got all the paper work done within 3 days including finance. Looking forward to recommend this showroom. Also, they provided so many accessories, and we are more than satisfied.
