Very poor customer service. Sincere request to everyone not to visit this showroom. They don't value customer's time and too arrogant to realise their mistake. I asked for test drive for Creta but first they asked me to come on other day and then promised me to arrange a test drive at home and I am still waiting. I visited the showroom again and then they told me that it's not available. Please refrain from going there.

Dear Sir It is very painful and disturbing to inform you that I am in business of used cars sales and purchase in the name of Anand Motors at Vikaspuri, I had purchased i20 Car bearing registration number DL8CAS3841 on 18/06/2023 from your Sapphire Hyundai showroom Mayapuri for an amount of Rs.390000/- and made the full payment to showroom and took delivery with all documents except Bank loan NOC of Mahindra and Mahindra Bank with the promise that the same will be provided within a week time and I was given assurance that the NOC will be given without any delay. Afterwards I got the car repaired and the same was sold after a span of 5 months in October and the buyer had taken loan on the car , meanwhile I requested the showroom persons for NOC and they always gave time to provide the same since my car was not sold by that time I was not in problem but when before selling the car I asked Jatin who is looking after used car of the showroom asked me that Noc will be available anyhow in 3 days without fail so I took advance from buyer and applied for loan of the buyer . Then Jatin stopped taking my calls and refused to give NOC. When I visited showroom many times then some Mr. Amandeep Singh (Sardar ji) who is friend of the seller of car came in scene and assured to provide NOC in 3 days , after his assurance I again waited for 5 days but he also started ignoring my calls and started to give threats that it's not our duty . Then I visited GM Mr. Hari Bajaj and he called Amandeep for same and also called the seller who informed that there is a balance amount of 44k in the loan account which has to be paid by showroom . But Mr. Hari Bajaj then took 6 more days and nothing happened and also ignoring my calls and started threats that dealer will pay the expense, when Mr. Hari Bajaj didn't picked the phone and there was no reply from him and entire showroom I called Amandeep from other numbers he said abusive words and said that I am responsible for the same and when I visited the showroom he threatened me in front of Mr. Hari Bajaj and asked me to see me out of the showroom, Sir I have all the recordings and call details of the same and since I had sold the car on the commitment of the showroom persons my entire payment is stuck up with DSA as he will not release payment without NOC and also car will not be transferred. I am being cheated by the showroom and I am forced to file police complaint against your company and also the staff . I therefore request you to kindly resolve the matter and do the needful. All expenses of legal action and my loss and all other charges will be borne by the showroom. Regards Gurmeet Singh Anand Motors

Visited the service centre once with my car when I had a lockout and the auto keys were jammed and their battery had drained. It’s a small showroom and service centre They opened a job card and changed the key batteries, which costed me around 800 for 2 batteries. Quite expensive just to change a cell. They don’t offer any discounts too. No discounts on labour charges and accessories etc. done in time

Gaurav of this showroom is one of finest person who can handle your requirements well and can provide you best possible solutions. His commitment and too much flexibility of getting things done by his ideas make any deal successful. Nice staff and overall no doubt best choice...

It's pleasure to have wonderful experience from booking to delivery!! Many thanks to Hyundai for adding a new member to my family. Edit: This Jiten a salesman at this store is big fraud. Plz don't believe his words. While taking the vehicle I hv repeatedly asked the manufacturing date and he assured me that it wd be of Oct-Nov but when RC came it showed the manufacturing date is April ...now feeling CHEATED...Since it was all about verbal discussion so I can't do anything.. But wd like to suggest to not Believe the Salesmen 🙁 For this loss I am downgrading the rating from 5 to 2*.
