I recently went to this car showroom and was very impressed with the staff. They were very knowledgeable about the cars and were happy to answer any questions I had. They also made me feel very comfortable and at ease, which is important when you're making a big purchase like a car. I would definitely recommend this showroom to anyone looking for a new Kia car in Ahmedabad. The showroom was very clean and well-organized. The cars were all in good condition and were well-lit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions and were very patient with me. I felt like I was in good hands and that I could trust them to help me find the right car for me. I would definitely recommend this showroom to anyone looking for a new car. The staff is excellent and the cars are in great condition. I felt very comfortable and at ease during my visit and I am confident that I will be back in the future

"Disappointed with my new KIA car's faulty tire. Reported the issue within 1 km of driving, and was assured it would be replaced in 2 days. It's been 8 days now, and no response from KIA or Westcoast Company. Unacceptable! Time to register a formal complaint! #KIA #CustomerServiceFail" New car tyre is pantchured and customer care executive manager is blaming to us that we made it .And it’s been 8 days didn’t get any type of resolution . Worst customer service and staff forced the client to give home 5star ratings 😣
