It is a bad experience with the accessories, service, and the staff like accessories manager and sales manager We have purchased seltos on September 20th 2023 so till date we didn’t received complete accessories when ever we call or go to showroom they say today tomorrow they gave incomplete accessories after a month and rest of not received till date the manager (ganesh) says we are shortage it may take month or it may not come we can’t say and he is very rude even the executive he don’t what is what no experience at all we waited around 2 months from a week we try to meet them and call them no response so finally today I called to the sale manager (abhishek)he said I will find out so call back and said sir we will refund the amount of which we have not delivered I said I will return the incomplete accessories so return my whole amount 25000/- he says we can’t I argued he says if you argue you will get anything we can’t sir I said I will come and speak do what you want you can legally also that’s the way they speak till we buy it’s different after purchase it’s different this is not the way to treat customers guys please check and speak everything before you buy and make a note because it’s worst experience with Secunderabad Vivaan and the I have waited because of my friend he works as a sales executive thank you so much for treating great never suggest to this showroom

Delayed in attending the customer as there is a crowd. But its worth waiting as there executive explained each and every thing regarding the car. Overall good experience. Only thing is to improve the customer support in the crowded time also.

Showroom is neat and clean Customer service is very prompt. The staff and executive Ranadheer was always available with all information and replies. But was not satisfied when we went for vehicle number plate fixing. We were asked to go to a small place with steep ramp to get it fixed in the next lane. It was raining and very uncomfortable. They could have provided this service in their basement or made a shelter
