I would have ended giving up 0, if have got the option to do so! We booked Kia Seltos 2 weeks ago with the minimum token as per the requirement, after 2 days we got a call stating you will have to pay the down payment as we will have to book the car to ensure you get the delivery on time. We agreed and paid half the amount and just before the delivery they informed us we won't be able to provide you with the BH series as there are few criteria that needs to be followed, I agree but why did not they informed us prior the booking again they fail with their commitment and after that we some how arrange the money but they argued to provide them with the full down payment amount, When we said we will be able to arrange after 2 days they said "You can take ur money back" knowing to the fact that the rest of the loan was disbursed. I mean is this the way you deal with your customer's. Still would over here like to appreciate two people the main Manager and Gajendra atleast they were polite to us and tried to listen. "ARSHAD HUSSAIN" seems to be the team lead is pathetic, very rude, too blunt don't know who to treat his customers. It was really a very bad experience with "Rajesh Kia motors" My suggestion would be please do not try to fool your customer just to do sales. Hope you guys take it in a positive manner and try to improve your service. Thank you
