Ridiculous Car service - Poorest car cleaning, grease prints everywhere inside the car, broken mat lock. I was dealt with Mr. Madhav as my service advisor. The car was picked up by Mr. Sunny (Driver from Kia). I had clearly informed not to use any wax/grease/cream inside the car. Mr. Madhav in a firm voice assured that they would not use any grease/wax inside the car. i received my car at 8:30 Pm, the car had smears of wax all over inside the body. moreover, they did not even clean the dust/dirt from inside (like on back of seat, side doors), but had put wax all over. The gear console, the screen, the side door all laced in sticky wax and attracting ridiculous wax. With just 1 minute of driving i had to use wet wipe to clean of my sticky hands. In the morning my driver showed me how the 7D mat plastic part is broken (mostly due to haste of completing the job in record time as it is a Formula 1 race). This is all after i told them not to use wax, and they acknowledged. What rubbish waste of time and effort. Stay away from Sparsh Kia service centre. What the people look forward is the matrix as to how many cars serviced in a day and feel proud, but what inferior quality they are giving , they do not realise. The adviser told me (Mr. Madhav) that he forgot to check the vehicle before delivery. Means ?? If not you, then who would check? Its sheer wastage of time and empty jargons of service and customer support.

Had a pleasant experience with less turn around time, which is the most thing a customer expects. Staff was also very co-ordinal and customer friendly. Thank you, must recommended.
