Aprilia Tuono 457 Launched - Here Are The Key Features In Detail

Aprilia India has launched the new Tuono 457 at Rs 3.95 lakh (ex-showroom). The Tuono 457 is built on the same platform as the RS 457 and shares the same engine as well. All LED Lighting

The new Aprilia Tuono 457 comes with an all-LED lighting setup. The front profile gets a triple LED light setup. It gets two sharp and attractive LED DRLs with an LED headlamp in the center. The rear gets a similar design for the LED taillamp as the RS 457. Moreover, it gets sleek LED turn indicators.

Competition Check: Rivals like the KTM 390 Duke and Yamaha MT-03 also come with all LED lighting for the headlamp, turn signals, and taillamp.

Colour TFT Display

The Tuono 457 gets a 5-inch cloured TFT instrument console with Bluetooth. The motorcycle offers connected features which offer convenience to the riders. The digital display in the motorcycle offers precise readings to the rider and offers navigation support as well.

Competition Check: The KTM 390 Duke also comes with a digital TFT instrument console and offers connected features and Bluetooth connectivity as well. However, the Yamaha MT-04 offers a digital cluster but misses features like Bluetooth connectivity and navigation support.

Ride Modes & Traction Modes

To make the motorcycle more exhilarating the Tuono 457 gets 3 different ride modes. The ride modes are named Eco, Sport, and Rain. These modes are aided by Ride By Wire throttle that adapts the engine output and traction control to different conditions, to offer the best riding experience.

Bi-directional Quickshifter, TPMS

The Tuono 457 gets a bi-directional quick-shifter and Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) as well but they are available as a part of an optional accessory. Customers can choose from a range of optional accessories to customize their Tuono 457.
