
Euler Motors launched their first electric cargo three-wheeler in the Indian market. Named as the HiLoad EV, this new three-wheeler will be sold at a starting price of INR 3.49 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Delhi-bassed company not only plays to offer a range of eco-friendly cargo electric vehicles but also aims to sell 5,000 units by FY 2023. The brand is also planning to expand its operations in major markets like Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, and Chennai. As per the official claims, many mainstream e-commerce players have already executed successful pilots with IRS EVs. These EVs are generally utilised in last-mile delivery operations. Over 250 such units of electric vehicles are said to be deployed to date. Here are all the details that you should know about the recently launched Euler Motors HiLoad e-Cargo.

The Euler Motors HiLoad e-Cargo is claimed to have the highest payload capacity in the three-wheeler cargo segment in the country. Powering the vehicle is a 10.96 kW motor that generates maximum torque of around 88.5 Nm. The Euler Motors HiLoad e-Cargo also boasts a best-in-class battery capacity of 12.4kWh and a certified range of 151 km on a single charge. The battery gets an inbuilt thermal management system and liquid cooling technology. This not only saves power but also ensures that the vehicle operates efficiently in all temperature conditions, thus improving the battery life. The battery pack also boasts an IP67 rating for high-end performance in all weather conditions. The HiLoad e-Cargo also boasts the best payload capabilities not only in the EV segment but across the three-wheeler segment.

Furthermore, the Euler Motors HiLoad e-Cargo also gets other features like six segment-first innovations to help it deliver high performance and longer life in Indian road and weather conditions. It also gets advanced telematics and software assistance that help in efficient fleet operations and batter monitoring including real-time charging. The Euler Motors HiLoad e-Cargo is also the first EV to have 200 mm front disc brakes that help it boast commendable braking performance. It also boasts superior ground clearance, improved gradeability, higher speed and better acceleration.

Euler Motors further claim that mainstream e-commerce players like BigBasket, Flipkart, Udaan and other e-commerce, hyperlocal, and B2B delivery operators have booked and placed an order for over 2,500 EVs for intra-city deliveries. The brand will also offer Charge On Wheels mobile service station service that will provide remote charging and servicing facilities to reduce service downtime. A number of charging options will be on offer that includes lighting chargers that can give 50km charge in just 15 mins. Over 200 charging infrastructure partners in Delhi-NCR will be working with Euler motors to support the EVs.
