Every month or so we observe a lot of carmakers bringing in new models or facelifts of their cars and increase sales. This April 2021 is no different as we observe a lot of new cars entering the Indian market some of which ranges from sedans to SUVs. Here, we bring you a list of some upcoming cars which will be launched in April.
Updated Kia Seltos
It was in 2019 when the South Korean carmaker marked its entry with the Seltos and the rest is history. This mid-size SUV became the top-selling SUV and attracted a lot of buyers. But the year 2020 saw the launch of an all-new generation of Creta and hence the sales of Seltos took a hit.

However, for this month, Kia is planning to bring Seltos in the identical avatar as before but with a pinch of difference and that is the inclusion of a panoramic sunroof. Yes, this one feature not something which you need but then when you have it, you never complain about it. The current Seltos only comes with an electric sunroof. Rest, all the features will continue like before.
Volkswagen T-Roc
The second batch of the popular T-Roc is launched at Rs 21.35 lakh and is now Rs 1.35 lakh costly than before. These prices stick to ex-showroom, Delhi. It gets the cylinder de-activation technology, dual-zone climate control, 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
New Skoda Octavia
It is a while since anyone gawked their eyes at the executive sedan segment because let's be honest, there isn't any left. Oh, there's one Hyundai Elantra but still, not enough to impress the Indian market. Skoda has now confirmed that in April they will be bringing the new-generation of Octavia with relishing design and a powerful 2.0L TSI motor.
The 2.0L TSI churns out 190 PS of power with 320 Nm of peak torque and gets mated to a 7-speed DSG. Feature-wise too it will come loaded to the brim and might get connected car tech. The final result will be seen if the new Octavia can charm the SUV loving market or it will flunk like Honda Civic?
Citroen C5 Aircross
This new financial year will mark the entry of yet another French carmaker, Citroen with its debut product, the C5 Aircross. This mammoth yet comfortable SUV is expected to carry a price tag of Rs 28 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi which is quite expensive in my opinion.

It's USP is the magic carpet ride that allows softer suspension over bad Indian roads and lets the passenger cruise comfortably. The question is, will this particular USP be attractive enough to shell out Rs 28 lakh out of the pocket? We'll find that later.
BS6 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross
It's been a while since the V-Cross has been out of action but the good news is that their BS6 model is launching soon. No, not the newer generation but the older one in BS6 form. However, the good news is that under the hood,it is expected to come with a 1.9-litre turbocharged diesel engine only and both manual and automatic transmission will be on the offer. The exterior and interior design remains unchanged.
BMW 6-Series GT Facelift
If you are looking for a GT ar offering both comfort and style then the 6-Series GT facelift will surely treat your eyes. The pricing is not yet out else I would have surely answered if it is treated to your wallet or not. But jokes apart, this new facelifted model now gets tweaked LED headlights, grille, DRLs, alloy wheels and bumper.
The cabin will remain untouched but the updated infotainment system is a plus. We are expecting the same 2.0L diesel, 2.0L petrol and a more powerful 3.0L diesel to be the workhorses of the 6-Series facelift.
