
Just recently we saw that Tata Group is helping the Indian Government in procuring oxygen in this pandemic and now Hyundai has followed the step and is providing Rs 20 Crore to the COVID struck area. The South Korean carmaker has been in the country for over two decades now.
Hyundai also promises that they will help setting up oxygen plants in hospitals and will offer timely assistance to highly stuck places. The Hyundai Motor India Foundation (HMIF) will assure that these boxes are all ticked and India is helped in this pandemic.

In states like Delhi, Haryana, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Telangana where the cases are at a peak high, Hyundai Motor India Foundation 3.0L relief measure will improve the infrastructure. Furthermore, their main aim is to make hospitals self-sufficient in oxygen and thus help critical patients.

In a time of need, several carmakers are pushing all efforts to help the Indian citizens. Maruti Suzuki has partnered with AgVa healthcare and 10,000 ventilators will be made in a month. They have also been providing masks, freshwater, food and they are also in talks with Bharat Seats to make protective clothing for the workers.
Honda India has given 11 crores as a relief fund package and is also providing food and water packages to the homeless and needy near its plant. Similarly, Skoda India has donated Rs 1 crore and is setting up special COVID-19 wards at Pune's Sasson General Hospital.

MG Motor India has also donated Rs 2 crores to the relief fund which will thus provide care to the covid stuck areas. The British carmaker has divided this 2 crore into two parts - Rs 1 crore is directly given by MG Group and the rest is given by India employees. Rajeev Chaba, MD of MG Group India has also said that he has donated his one month salary to the relief fund.
