Taking about the Tata 1210; it is commercial hit and even being used by the Indian Army as well for carrying loads. This truck uses a longitudinally placed 4.6-Lt, 4-cylinder, turbo-diesel engine which produces a maximum power of 110 hp. Tata has equipped the 1210 series with a 5-speed manual transmission along a 4X4 manual locking differential system as well; to connect the rear twin-set four tyres to the front of the truck. This setup provides the 1210 massive pulling power. 10-leaves front suspension and 12-leaves rear suspension are standard over this Tata 1210 truck.
