With every month, carmakers offer a certain discount to boost up their sales. Now, Nissan is no different as it is offering discount worth Rs 60,000 on some of its models for October 2020. Please note that the sales of their Kicks shortened once they pulled the plug from the reliable 1.5L diesel engine.

Nissan Kicks
The mid-size SUV which rivals with Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and Renault Duster is being offered with a total discount of Rs 60,000. This is further segregated into Rs 40,000 as an exchange, Rs 10,000 as loyalty and another Rs 10,000 as cash.
Under the hood, the Kicks is available with two engine options - a 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol and a more powerful 1.3L turbo petrol. The latter makes 154 bhp which is far more than the turbo variants of the popular Creta and Seltos.
Datsun Redi-GO
This entry-level hatchback from Datsun is being offered with a total discount of Rs 34500. This is further seen as Rs 14500 as cash discount, Rs 15,000 as exchange bonus and another Rs 5,000 as a corporate discount.

Datsun Redi-GO competes with popular Maruti Alto800 and Renault Kwid. It is being offered with both 0.8L and 1.0L petrol unit which makes 54 bhp and 67 bhp respectively. Both the engine gets mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and an optional AMT is available in 1.0L option.
Datsun GO Plus
The 7-seater car which takes on the Renault Triber is available with a discount of Rs 42,500. The sales of both Nissan and Datsun cars are not that much and these discounts help to further boost up the market share. This total discount is segregated into Rs 22,500 as cash discount and another Rs 20,000 as exchange bonus.
Datsun GO
Even with the facelift model and upgrade features, this hatchback could not fetch many audiences. Hence, it is being offered with Rs 27500 as cash discount and another Rs 20,000 as exchange bonus. This amounts to Rs 47,500 worth of discount. This one gets a 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol engine which makes 76 bhp with a peak torque of 104 Nm. It is the only car in its segment to feature an optional CVT gearbox. The standard transmission is a 5-speed stick shift.
